Tickets & Registration
Below you can register for IPS 2024. The conference itself will take place from July 21 - 25, 2024 in Berlin. There will also be activities before, during and after the conference, including a banquet dinner in Berlin, the Fulldome Festival in Jena and post-conference tours in various locations in Germany. Please note that there are different price categories. The Space Explorer's Daycamp is limited to ages 3-12.

You will be able to register for the optional Conference Tours and Post-Conference Tours shortly. If you have already registered for IPS 2024, you will receive an email announcing when they open for registration.
Digital Attendance: We will be live streaming conference sessions. If you are unable to attend in person, this might be the option for you. Digital attendance registration opens on April 15, 2024.

2024 IPS Conference registration includes lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Dinners on Monday and Wednesday, as well as the Welcome Reception and water and coffee. LIPS Day registration includes lunch.

Participation - Abstract and Fulldome Festival Submissions
Thank you for your interest in presenting at IPS 2024. Unfortunately the deadline has passed and we can no longer accept submissions. We still hope to see you at IPS 2024 in July!
If you have not received a response regarding the status of your submission please check your spam folder. If you still do not have an email, please respond to abstracts@ips2024.org with another email address at which we can reach you. Many emails bounced back with no other way of reaching the recipient.
If you are looking to submit your work to the Fulldome Festival in Jena, you can learn more here. The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2024.
All films that are nominated for the Janus at the Fulldome Festival in May, will be shown again at the IPS 2024 FullDome Festival Best Of (July 18-19) and have the chance to win the Janus Award during the event. You must submit your film to the Fulldome Festival for it to have a chance of being shown at the Fulldome Festival Best Of during IPS 2024!
