The ability to cast or stream programs from one planetarium to another or to 360 streams has been a feature touted as an addition to planetarium software for over a decade, but this feature still has not been fully explored by the community at large, even with the increased interest in remote, virtual and streamed programs during the pandemic. This panel of experienced planetarians will discuss the use cases they have seen for streaming between and beyond domes, the technological challenges and solutions they have discovered to increase the accessibility and usability of streams, and the potential for future growth in the industry.
